Return, Cancellation & Refund policy

Exchange Policy

We always strive to ensure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you.

However, we are happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with original tags intact, within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.

Please Note:

  • SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.

  • ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged/returned.

  • Item is eligible for exchange only once.

Return Policy

  • Products that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with original tags are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount (except in case of defective products).

  • Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer within up to 20 working days from the date of return approval.

  • In case of a defect in the product, we require clear parcel opening videos or pictures as proof.

Once the returned parcel is received, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection. If it passes, your request will be processed.

Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed.

Change in Order Details

If you would like to change your size, delivery address, or phone number, please email us at info@thelpcreation.com with the subject line:“Order Number + Revised Information”.


We will make the changes if the order has not yet been shipped.
